Head outside and there are 3 building scattered to the far reaches of the level. You need to head into each building and work your way to the second floor and reactive the 3 consoles. You'll be fight Crimson Lancers and Guardians here but it won't be too hard a fight. Once you've activate all 3 head back inside the Crimson Flatness and go back to the Command Console.
