Point Prometheus
Step out of the Bathysphere, wait for the flames preventing your progression to diminish, then start down the hall. You are greeted by two Security Bots in the next room, deal with them as you wish. Another Fontaine encounter in the next room. Tenenbaum then suggests that you find a Big Daddy, preferably a dead one. There just so happens to be a dead Big Daddy in this room, right across from the doorway that you used to enter the room. Use the Weapon Upgrade station on the wall behind there, too.
Head up the stairs to the right of the body. Enter the Library, the first door on your right. Don't just storm in, as a Security Camera hangs on the wall to your right. An RPG Turret sits around the corner as well. Once the Turret and Security Camera have been dealt with, approach the desk in the center of the room, behind the RPG Turret. Take the Damage Research 2 tonic that's on the table. The Big Daddy Boots can also be found on this table, pick them up. Leave the Library and continue through the door at the end of the walkway.

Optimized Eugenics: Voicebox
A Turret sits near the Gatherer's Garden machine on your right, be careful. Go to the section with the Circus of Values vending station, across the way from the Gatherer's Garden machine. Use Incinerate to melt the ice blocking the door here. Enter the room and search the trash can in front of you to find an audio diary (Changing Employers). Proceed through the door on the right to Optimized Eugenics. Be ready with a weapon, as soon as that door opens, destroy the camera on the wall. You more than likely cannot avoid setting it off, in that case you'll just have to deal with the bots.
There are three Little Sisters to be dealt with in this level, you'll likely encounter the first one here. Go through the first door on your right, this takes you into "Live Subject Testing." Head up the stairs and into "Candidate Induction." Use the Voicebox Modification Machine in this room. Take the Alarm Expert 2 tonic that's on the filing cabinet left of the machine. Leave Live Subject Testing and enter "Plasmid Prototyping," the next door down on your right. An RPG Turret sits at the bottom of the stairs to your left as you enter, be prepared. There is an audio diary (Extra Munitions) on the ground near those stairs.

Exit Plasmid Prototyping, walk down the hallway until you reach the door to Test Subject Storage. Take the audio diary (Marketing Gold) that is on the machine along the wall up ahead to your right. Before leaving this area, be sure to use the Weapon Upgrade Station in Eugenic Analysis.
Little Wonders EF: Pheromones
Return to the main hall and enter the Little Wonders Education Facility at the end of the walkway. Be ready with a weapon, a Security Camera is attached to the wall right across from the door you use to enter. Though this particular camera appears to have a reaction time of about one second, it may just be impossible to avoid setting it off.
Turn left, the Big Daddy Pheromone and an audio diary (Why Just Girls?) can be found on the desks along the wall. There are three Big Daddy Pheromone samples that must be collected in this area. Two are on desks on the top floor, the last is on a desk at the back of the Autopsy room on the bottom floor, be sure to take the Safecracker 2 tonic that's on the same desk. A second Big Daddy can be found in this area. Be sure that he has a Little Sister with him, the kill him and either harvest or rescue the Little Sister. Once you have all three Pheromone samples, return to the Main Hall.
Fallsafe Armored Escorts: Suit, Helmet
Find the entrance to "Fallsafe Armored Escorts" (by the Gatherer's Garden machine) and step through the door. Splicers will shoot you through the window to the left or right of you while you wait for the door to open. Once the door has opened, enter the room through the door on your left or right and kill the Splicers. Find the door to Candidate Conversation and step through it. Move to the back of this room and pick up the audio diary (Missing Boots) on the table there.
Next, enter the Suit Assembly area and take one of the Big Daddy suits that are hanging there. Take the stairs up here, look on the filing cabinet next to the desk for an audio diary (Protecting Little Ones). Go through the double door here and travel along the walkway. There is an audio diary (Mistakes) on a machine to the right of the Gene Bank in this corridor. Continue through the door at the end of this hall, follow the walkway to the next area. There is another audio diary (Protector Smell) on top of the machine along the left side of the wall in the middle of the room. Go down the stairs, walk to the door at the end of the walkway and use Incinerate to remove the ice blocking the door. As soon as you enter, turn right and pick up the audio diary (Cheap Son Of A Bitch) on the Stable.
Next, enter Candidate Induction. Take one of the many Big Daddy Helmets that are on the table up ahead. Be sure to get the Hacker's Delight 3 tonic that's in this area before you leave.
Summoning a Little Sister
Return to the Main Hall and take the stairs down to the first floor. As Tenenbaum instructs, find a vent along the wall and hit the base of it with the Wrench. The Little Sister unlocks the door for you. Proceed through the Bulkhead to the next level, Proving Grounds.
Where are the boots in a right Libarie area what room
What if you kill big daddy's without lil sisters ? I got one lil sister and can't get the other 2 to come out
This might be nitpicking but "Candidate Conversation" is actually "Candidate Conversion". Just saying this cause I was confused for a bit.
I hate being a Big Daddy...those Little Sisters need to move faster and stop calling "BE FASTER MR. BUBBLES".
