When you land on the hay the CS begins in which one of the Assassins runs up to report an attack in the markets.  Yusuf asks you if you are able to help and, of course, you are -- so you head off to do so.  The requirements for 100% Synchronization for this memory is for you to perform a zipline assassination.

Zipline Kill Technique

Yusuf will show you how to catch two ziplines, and then he will demonstrate the zipline assassination before asking you to do the same by tricking a Templar into moving beneath the same zipline that he used.  This is an attack, which means it uses X, like any other attack -- so run and hit A to snag the zipline and, when you are over the Templar hit X to initiate the attack!

When you successfully assassinate the Templar from the zipline you will have fulfilled the requirement for this memory and you will gain 100% Synchronization for it.

Run up to Yusuf and you get a CS in which he tells you that he must go to the market while he wants you to head to the nearby Assassin's Den -- you are not actually going to the Den, but near it, where there is an Assassin waiting for you to talk to. Talking to them ends this memory and triggers the next.
