How to get the Driller Killer Achievement/Trophy

To get the Driller Killer achievement/trophy you need to hit 3 or more opponents with a single Hydra. In Grip: Combat Racing the Hydra is a small cluster of missiles that can be found around the arena in a Death match.

Collect 2 Hydras and press and hold L1/LB to get a charged Hydra and then wait until you encounter 3 AI opponents in proximity of each other. Then with a weapon lock press L1/LB to launch the charged Hydra. You will unlock the achievement/trophy once the missiles have made contact with all the opponents.

How to Land Smoothly

You need to resist the temptation of keeping your finger on the accelerator if you want to make a smooth landing. Making smooth landings is essential in Grip: Combat Racing if you want to continue your run without crashing.

What you need to get in the habit of doing to ensure a smooth landing whenever you jump is release the accelerator and use your left stick to trigger air thrusters on your vehicle. Keeping your finger on the accelerator will only result in you tilting the vehicle too far back and facing the wrong direction.

How to get the Endurance Achievement/Trophy

To get the Endurance achievement/trophy you must finish a 20 lap race. The easiest way to do this is to create a single race with one opponent on Speedbowl and choose 'Speed Demon' under the 'Race' tab. Set the race to 20 laps and only have 1 opponent so there is less bothering you, the rest of the settings do not matter. A lap in Speedbowl takes around 30 seconds to complete but if you rubberband RT on your controller you should be able to unlock the trophy/achievement within 15 minutes.

How to get the More Than a Pink Slip Achievement/Trophy

To get the More Than a Pink Slip achievement/trophy you must destroy an opponent. The easiest way to do this is to load up any Arena map with a second controller or a friend and set it for 5 kills (6 kills if you are playing with a friend) and a long time limit. Now kill the other player 5 times in a row to unlock the achievement/trophy.

How to get the Stolen Victory Achievement/Trophy

To get the Stolen Victory achievement/trophy you must win by passing the leader in the last second. The easiest way in which to do this is by using a second controller, selecting the Split screen option and choosing the Classic Race and the Speedbowl track. Set the number of laps to 1 and the number of racers to 2. The rest of the settings do not matter.

Using the second controller race around the track until you reach the finishing line, but do not cross it, just stop the car. If you now complete the race with your main controller the achievement/trophy will unlock several seconds afterwards on the 'Results' screen.
