God's Quest: The Shifters is a MMORTS game where the objective is to recruit heroes and soldiers, and conquer and expand territory in order to create a prosperous city through choices and encounters with the gods of Olympus.

Your role is a lord of the city and it is your job to expand it by building and upgrading different facilities such as iron mine, sawmill, barracks, temple, barracks, laboratory, and farm. The most important building in your dominion is the castle as upgrading this will increase the strength of the castle wall and protect the resources you produce from enemies. Resources are needed for various tasks such as to build and upgrade facilities, research, and to drill army units.

As as the lord of the city and its surrounding villages you are responsible for protecting your kingdom against enemies who want to raid your dominon for its resources. You start the game with an active shield which once you reach a certain level will be removed and enemies will be able to attack your dominion. To protect your kingdom you will need to recruit soldiers, drill the army units, and assign the heroes.

Cheats, Tips and Strategy

Speed Up Resource Production

To develop your territory you need to accumulate as many different resources as possible by either upgrading the iron mine, sawmill, farm, and market or occupying the villages on the kingdom map to fill up the storage. In order to do this fast you can activate production buffs by studying in the laboratory.

Assign Heroes to Facilities

Assigning heroes to your different facilities can signinficantly improve their performance. For example in the laboratory it will reduce the studying time, at the farm facility it will increase the production of food, and in the barracks it will reduce training time.

Complete Quests

To progress in the game the way you are supposed to you need to focus on completing the quests that are given to you. It is also beneficial to complete the quests as soon as possible as they allow you to earn lots of resources.

Protect your Villages

If you have decided to occupy the villages that surround your city you need to makes sure you recruit mercenaries to protect them. This is done by tapping the 'Dominion' button on the right side of the menu, choosing the 'Villages' tab and selecting 'Recruit'.

Free Resources

If you tap the chat bar at the bottom of the screen and then at the screen that appears tap the 'Get Rewards' button located at the top-right you will be able to claim free resources in exchange for watching a video advertisement.

Earn Gold

A good way to earn gold is to trade with neighbors, this can be done by going to the Kingdom map and selecting any nearby player's dominon and then tapping the 'Trade' button.

Getting Diamonds

The premium in-game currency in God's Quest: The Shifters is diamonds and they are earned by destroying the chasm points on the Kingdom map. Diamonds can be used to perform tasks instantly in the game such as building, studying, drilling, and upgrading.
