Why don't the Ski Patrol and Conrad cheats work?

You must be entering them wrong just look them up agian and make sure all the letters are lowercase.

how do you accses snowball fight

Type in "LETSPARTY" in cheats and then press R1 and L1 to throw snowballs. It's like ranged punching.
