I've tried to get past the sacred grove and to howl that with that rock that has the triangle in the middle and it doesn't let me through if you know what I'm doing wrong please tell me

Well it would help if you said which visit to the Sacred Grove it is first or second. If it's your second and your trying to get to the Temple of Time you have to talk to Rusl outside of the Sacred Grove and he'll give you a golden cuccoo to fly there. If it's your first time I don't know what to tell you it may be a glitch.
