Yes - there are 7 Red Coins located on the bird's back, head and tail.

When the bird makes a sharp turn near the end - it will flip vertically. You WILL fall off unless you do something - so do something - like jump to a cloud.

Wait for the bird to complete the majority of the flip - then get back on the bird and you shoud be able to see the last Red Coin on the tower that the bird circles.

Wait until the bird ascends high enough so that you are at least level with the tower - if not above it - then jump and hover with FLUDD over to the tower to get the last Red Coin and obviously the Shine.

The 8th coin is on the tower that the bird is circling but you can't get there right away.

When the bird does a rotation and turns upside-down (you must have collected all other 7 red coins when you do this or you have no hope).

You must walk to the other side of the bird or off you go.

After the bird turns upside - down then you can get the 8th red coin.

There are 7 red coins on the sand bird.The last red coin is on the tower that the sand bird is flying around.

When the bird tilts walk to it's side and then when it turns all the way walk on to it's stomach.

When the bird comes to the top of the tower jump on to the tower and get the last coin.

Do you see that tower in the middle?
If you do then the eighth red coin is at the top of the tower.

Just wait for the bird to get close enough to the top of the tower.

Then make a jump for it and use the water jet thing with that machine.

If you don't jump the first time you can always do it again because the bird circles around the tower.

So if your afraid to do it the first time (which I can not see why you would be.)do not worry.
