The elder is in Ice Cidadel. You have to finish Coastal Remains and go into Icy Wilderness first.

the elder that u lern it from is in the ice world after you complte the ocean word to get there you must defeat that grog guy then that big gadget by the professer's lab it a talaporter will work after you defeat grog youhave to get back to dragon vellage use you electic breth and that platfrom then go outside then you be talking to the professer hope that help cya
