I am in jelly fish fields and I can't find the clown that is supossed to give you the ticket to Plankton's amusement park.

If you go in Jellyfish Cliffs, he is on top of the very tall cliff [in the section by the ship]. You have to ride a jellyfish to get up there. You must battle him. It's easy.
