How can you unlock super sonic and hyper shadow.??

You can't unlock them, sorry - you can only play as them when you face the end boss - the Final Hazard!
You don't, but if you beat the game they will turn into them to beat the Biolizard.
When you beat both hero and dark story you will unlock a last stage. Beat it and you will be in battle with THE FANALHAZARD. Sonic is Super Sonic and Shadow is Hyper Shadow. That is the only time you are them.
It's not hyper shadow it's super shadow idiot.
The hyper forms of sonic and shadow glow the emerald colors, so that makes shadow in super form not hyper form. And you can't until you reach the final boss, biolizard in space.
