Doom's Eye is Doom's third eye, which he can remove and send after you. He is your "guidance counselor" for many levels for the Dark missions. Um...Yeah.
He is your guide 4 most of the Dark missions, and Black Doom's 3rd eye.
He is Black Doom's third eye and mostly the side character for most Dark Missions. Hope this helps you out.
