is it true

I heared that when you beat the game and get all 48 shadow Pokemon and purify them all you go to the shadow Pokemon lab and where master Ein was go to the big computer and press a I guess and a message will apear and you will unlock a new map with more shadow Pokemon is that true

i think it is a 50 50 chance. i beat him and i didn't have 48 shadow.
