Yes. Furst of all, you have to pay 15,000 coins to get him, then you press the Z or X buttons on Iruka and there you go. He's got the same finisher as Iruka though.
Ok I know that allot of people get anniyedat the game after you buy mizuki but t you have to go to iruka and press the X button and then you can play as mizuki
