The ice spreader is in magmoor caverns in a room with a bridge like structure with a glass case around it. Use the power bombs to smash the bridge and hey presto the combo is benieth.
This room is located neer the big room that has the entrance to Phendrana's access elevator. You might have to explore a little.
The flame thrower is in Phazon Mines in the room that winds around (kind of) and it has ice, wave and shadow troopers in it. When you get to the exit of this room (if you were coming from the the big place near the elevator (you now...
The place with the crane...) there is a grate right near it in the same room. Blow it open with power bomb, scan the computer thingo (this will de-activate the force field in front of the door that is opened with the plasma beam. Go in the room that you now have access to and it is right there.
Last but not least, The wavebuster combo is located in the chozo ruins in the tower of light (or something like that).
It's right near the main plaza. Jump up onto the platforms, destroy the weakened stone pillars(3 missiles for each stone should do it), WATCH OUT FOR DA PUFFER THING THAT ARE BEAM PROOF , and repeat.
Do this enough times, jump up to the top and you got yourself one mighty fine wavebuster!!!
