OK here is what your looking for when you go up to the top of the building and covering the guys you have to destroy the tank just like you did before. I did that from the roof of the building.

You stroy the tank and get to the baseball field thing. Then after you get the guys in there there will be 4 other guys coming in kill them and go out the gate that they came from then fight your way over to the gate and open and you should find the truck. You ride on it and kill the guys on the way, and when you get back to where you started, you kill the rest and you will be done. The bridge will collapse and your brother will die.
