Get the shoe from there room and give it to the fortune teller then youu should have all the items suck her up and there should be a key. Or if you don't have all the items these are the locations:
Letter is in the bird house out side
Shoe is in the twins room
Hat is in the laundery machine by the butlers room
Glove is in the mirror room or the movie room (the one with the old video camera
Star is in the observtory after you look through the telescope then use a fire ball to shoot the moon and a path should appear
