mayor thedore wont show up

I have every thing I need to get married I have the level 3 house the 8 hearts with kurt a double bed and 30 musical notes but mayor thedore wont show up to let me get the blue feather why not and what can I do to fix it please help.

I think you might need to get more hearts with kurt, but if you haven't yet you might need to but out your double bed from the storage

Exactly, get the double bet out of storage, and wait for a sunny or cloudy day, precipitation will not let the mayor come

You may also may need three hearts for the mayor.

You need 4 hearts with mayor theodore. then the next sunny day he will come to your door and take u to the mountain to get the blue feather. hope that helped!

You have to get 4 hearts with woody, a level 4 house, and 8 hearts with the chosen life partner, after the mayor will talk to you and then you must climb the mountain and the blue feather will be on top. I'm pretty sure that's how it goes because that's how it workked for me when I married Alex and had my baby.
