Road to Simquarter

I've got to complete Road to Simquarter but I don't know how to start the mission!!
I try again and again, and everywhere I look on the internet it says: Started by gramma hattie.
I'm on 100 friendship with her aswell!
What do I do?

First you have to complete "Club Xizzle", which will be to take crystal out into the town and show her a good time.

Well first you have to talk to grama hattie, then there will be a question mark on op of her head. After she tells you what to do, check your goals by pressing start. Make 3 friends, raise 500$ for the cause, and earn 2 promotion for local job. That's pretty much it.
