You need to go to the shop {near the cafe, near amy's pet walking place where you first went when you started playing} and buy a computer, for 1000 simoleans. Then you go back to your house, unpack it and go shopping online. It should be there.

u need to buy the other computer. go shopping on the white computer and then go to the computer catalouge and buy the second computerSearch for more answers for The Sims 2: Pets or ask your own question here.
