I don't know how many skill points I have but I'm on shadows story and I don't have a heavy attack. How do I get one???????

You start off with one at the start, in sonics' episode, he found emerl, took him to tails, kicked rouges butt and hit emerl with 5 HEAVY ATTACKS and 5 UPPER ATTACKS
You pretty much start off with sonic upper and heavy,
