Simple,
137=Igglybuff get 2 Jigglypuffs or Wigglytuffs (different gender) and leave them i the day care and claim your egg
138=Jigglypuff go to rustboro and surf up to and island. there willbe a patch of grass where you can find it
139=Wigglytuff moon stone on Jigglypuff
178=Gorebyss get a scanner and trade it with Cpt.Stern. Get deepseatooth give it to Clamperl and trade it.

197=Latios ruby only. beat the pkmn.league and when you are in your house go to the tv and listen about a blue flying pkmn.

Look everywhere in the hoenn. or do the thing with the eon ticket to get it in saphire
