lairon - 32 - earthquake take down rock smash headbutt
sealeo - 32 - encore ice ball body slam aurora beam
any recommendations to make it better and to help me are welcomed thanx

What's the farthest city you've been to so far?
Cause one good way is to go on to the next city and challenge trainers and fight wild pokemon but you get more XP from trainers. Also, at gyms, before you go and fight the gym leader, you should fight all the trainers in there first. Another good one is the trick house if your still around Mauville and Slateport.
