I don't think it is possible to stop the rain on Route 119... I don't even think that's half-way lugidiment rumor about stopping the rain. I think it's a lie, because the Trendy Saying is what determines the finding of Feebas. When I found Feebas, it was still raining on the route. I mean, you have, like, 7 places to fish along that route, and the Trendy Saying determines which of those islands you must fish on to find Feebas. And what if it stopped raining? That doesn't sound right. It can't happen, but if it does, how are you supposed to know WHERE to fish? Now that's messed-up, homie. And if you want to change where you find Feebas, change the Trendy Saying. This is all I can do for you, and this is about all that could possibly be contributed to explain the reasons why or why not the rain determines the finding of Feebas.

see-ya man, hope you find some use of this...

The rain stops when you find Sootopolis and beat/capture Kyroge in the Cave of Origin. To find Sootopolis, you need to find a huge white rock in the middle of the sea. There will be a hude place were you can dive, you can dive and I will leave the rest for you to find out.

I've already gotten to Sootopolis and captured Kyogre, but it is still raining. Is there something else I need to do?

The second person who answered your question is right, it stops and starts raining every couple of days, I didn't get feebas yet, but I dont know if its better to look when its not or when it is raining.

Because a lot of people say you gotta fish when its raining or when it's not raining.

You don't have to have it raining or not, you can just catch it under the bridge of that route because it's 100% chance there

This person's right. Under the bridge daytime you'll catch it 100% with any rod. Good for chain fishing.

It stop raining when I'm found and catch kyogre, groudon, rayquaza and latias in emerald.

You can find them by asking professor in Weather Institute route 119, and he will tell you about heavy rain in some location. But when I caught kyogre, groudon, rayquaza, latias, and the rain stop, the professor doesnt tell about heavy rain anymore.. So I tought that I can't catch the other legendary Pokemon
