how can i rebattle kyogre without cheats?

i think i can like awaken it from sleep again with the blue orb. i was battling my blaziken lvl. 48 used slash 3 quarters health double kick 1 quarter health slash knocked out. is there a way to rebattle him though?

dang it i really need a very powerful water type i do have sharpedo and a wailmer level 41(i caught it at that level) about to evolve but i wanted to save my master ball and not to use it on kyogre cause i wanted to save it for rayquaza cause its level 70 and i cant get past the pillar
