1. Can I encounter kyogre again, because I didn't catch him the first time? 2. How do I get the national dex? 3. Can I use an action replay w/ my gba slot in my ds (my sister threw away my gba)? 4. Where can I get another master ball? 5. I just beat the elite four (but I haven't beaten the battle tower), so what should I do now? 6. Can I get the second fossil pkmn? 7. Where do I find latias? 8. Can I get treeko and mudkip, because I chose torchic? 9. How do I trade pkmn between ruby, sapphire and emerald? I have all three and I only have the ds system... Thx to anyone who answers these

1. You might be able to if you beat him. You can beat the Pokemon league and Kyogre might be back in the cave or you can't get Kyogre back. 2. Trade with Pokemon LeafGreen version or FireRed and you will automatically get the national pokedex. 3. No you can not. 4. You can't get another unless someone trades you a Pokemon holding it. 5. You should try to beat the battle tower but it might get boring so train more Pokemon and try to beat battle tower with all your trained Pokemon.
6. No you probably can't because to get the other fossil you have to trade with another Pokemon Sapphire game, Pokemon ruby version, or Pokemon Emerald version game. 7. Just walk around and not meaning to you will find Latias. 8. No you can't get Treeko or Mudkip because you have to trade with Pokemon Sapphire, Ruby, or Emearald to get them. 9. I'm sorry to say that the Ds system can't trade any Pokemon from Gameboy Advance PPokemon games.

well you can get gba pokemon to ds games by migrating

For that last one all ave to do is put the game boy game in the ds slot and if you beat the Pokemon e league it should say migrate then I believe you go to a island and you just capture them. It only works if you have diamond or pearl
