how 2 catch regirock,regice,registeel and rayquaza

For Regirock, Regice, and Registeel, there is a cave out somewhere west of Pacifidlog town. You have to dive into some water and then rise up in front of a wall with some Braille on it. Once in the cave, you will need Relicanth as the first in your party and Wailord in the last slot of your party. Go up to another wall with some Braille on it and use Dig. A hole should appear. Go in the hole, and stand in front of a tablet with Relicanth in first and Wailord in last. It should start to shake, telling you that the Regi's tombs are opened.

Regice: [note: you will need Surf]

Regice's tomb is north of Dewford town. Surf north until you see some sand. Go across it and then surf up some more and there should be a cave. Go in. Read the Braille on the wall, and wait two minutes. After that, it should open up. Go in and fight Regice, preferably with a lot of Ultra Balls.

Regirock: [note: you will need Strength]

Regirock's tomb lies in the sandstorm. Go north of Mauville and into the sandstorm. Head east and then go south until you encounter a large cave. Go inside. Read the Braille. It tells you to take two steps right and two steps down, and use Strength. Do so and it should open up. Fight Regirock and catch him.

Registeel: [note: you will need Fly]

Registeel is west of Lilycove city. Up on a small plateu, you should find his tomb pretty easily. Go inside, to find yet more Braille. Read it. It tells you to go to the middle of the room and use Fly. Do so and the wall should open up. Go in and battle Registeel. Be aware that he is resistant to many types.


Rayquaza: [note: you will need a Mach Bike and Surf]

Rayquaza is up in Sky Pillar. This is located east of Pacifidlog Town. Surf out there a bit and there should be an opening in the rocks lining the ocean. Surf up there and you should find a large tower. Go in, with a Mach Bike of course. Go up a floor, only the first and third ones have wild Pokemon. The cracked floor on the second and fourth floors must be ridden over by a Mach Bike going full speed. Once you get through, go up a couple more floors to find Rayquaza. Battle him and try to catch him. You will need a lot of Ultra Balls, and Timer Balls work well too.
