Is there a way to groom your Pokemon for a contest because I have fed it lots of pokeblocks but whenever it is in a contest no one likes it because no hearts appear in the first round?

I don't know about the grooming but I do know that it doesn't matter if you get any hearts on the first round. It doesn't mean you wont get any hearts because even after not getting any from the audience I had had at least 4 hearts when it comes to calculating the final results. Hope this helps!

Without giving your pokemon a "cool" nickname, you won't get any likes. I believe if you go to the name changer/rater he'll tell you if it's good enough.

Yessaz,the way you get hearts is by giving your Pokemon a unique,and creative nickname

Theres not really a way to 'groom' your Pokemon, but if ou give it a a cool nickname, thats good aswell.

And also dnt feed your Pokemon pokeblocks all in 1, feed them gradually througout your quest in wateva your doing, beauty, tough etc

You need to give it Pokeblocks in relation to the contest it's entering. For example, if you are entering a beauty contest, give it Pokeblocks which enhance the Pokemon's beauty. Also, to get more hearts, you need to use moves which are of that status. Check your Pokemon's stats to see what moves are best for what contest.

You must use the proper Pokemon with the proper type for example:
Fire type moves give beauty,poison psychic grass are smart,fight are tough,moves like growl etc. For cute,moves like leafblade are cool.
Also some Pokemon are realy good for some certain contest types like sceptile,swellow for cool,oddish for smart,blaziken for beauty,swampert,hariyama for tough,etc.give your Pokemon good pokeblocks and good nicknames. Do some good combos.
