Latias: in Ruby you need an Eon Ticket. in Sapphire Go to the house with all the Wingulls on route 119. go in, out and use sweet scent. Keep going in, going out, and using sweet scent until you find Latias. Zangoose, you can find near Lanettes house in Ruby, you can't catch it in Sapphire. To get Metagross you have to beat the Elite 4, and go to Steven's house. There will be a Beldum on the desk. Train it to level 45 and you have a Metagross. Trade a Machoke and a Kadabra, and yhey will evolve into Machamp and Alakazam.
Machamp: Trade a Machoke
Alakazam: Trade a Kadabra
Zangoose: Can be found outside of Meteor Falls in the grass (only in Ruby)
It's Metagross: Beat the Elite Four and go to steven's house. You should have a Beldum. Evolve it into a Metang and then into a Metagross. (I think Beldum evolves at level 25 but I don't know when it evolves into Metagross because I haven't done it yet.
Latias: Sapphire: It could be anywhere. Try trapping it if you find it, or use a Masterball.
You have to trade for machamp alakazam zangoose you have to find it metacross you have to evolve baldum an metang
To get a machamp, you have to trade another player with a link...A real life person.then ask them to trade back.
To get alakazam to the same thing.
To get latias..speak to the guy in lilycove next to the Pokemon center, the guy that says he's from kanto.speak to him three times. Then go to route 121 and try to find it there.

To get metagross, beat the Pokemon league then go to steven's house
