Does anyone know how to catch latios becuase I try to use mean look on him/her but then he/she ran away

If your Pokemon (probably Golbat I'm assuming) has worse Speed stats, then it won't be able to go first. Try enhancing it's speed stats by using items or levelling up.

Alternatively, use a Wobuffet with Shadow Tag which traps the Pokemon so it cannot run.

If you're slower, they'll get out first.

Use Wobbafet (Sorry, I don't know how to spell it.), because Shadow Tag makes it so it can't run away. Then just Mirror Coat it down to low HP. Be very careful not to kill it.

Huh??? Mean look works on all the Pokemon I know.
Maybe youre speed is just lower raise it more.
Try hiting latios/latias with the move falseswipe every time you meet to make sure it dosn't faint until it has only one HP then try using the move block or use a wynut/wobbuffet,Shadow tag is good enough. Try capturing it with a pokeball to give you a challenge.I got my latias with a pokeball together with kyogre,rayquaza,regice,registeel,regirock.(I'm not showing off just give yourself a challenge)
