How do you get to the battle frontier if you know please answer because I've been stuck trying to find this out for a few months now

I think that you get the S.S. Ticket from your dad while you are in your house after you beat the Elite Four. Then you can use the ticket at the places where the ships are in Slateport City and Lilycove City to go to the Battle Tower.
IF you don't get the ticket from your dad, try the Petalburg Gym and your dad will be there and he might give you the ticket......I'm not sure........
But if you are talking about the Battle Frontier then you can only find that in Emerald Version.

Dude battle frontier is only in emerald, battle tower is in sapphire and ruby.
So if you don't have emerald I cannot help you sorry.
