Trade it from fire red I think! Also fr or leaf green!

You can cheat.

You can't catch Mew in this game.

Kimmie192 answered:

Whoever told you that you can catch a Mew in the game either lied, traded from another game, or cheated. You cannot get Mew. However, if you have a link cable/cord, you can trade from Fire Red and/or Leafgreen. If you want to totally ruin the game but in a good cause, you can get a Gameshark accessory and get a Gameshark code for it. If you do this, your game
Will let you, but if it's really old, it will freeze, crash, and/or make weird changes in the game. Gameshark works awesomely, but if it's an old game, it does that.

I hope this helped.
