Question for Pokemon Ruby

Hi all....
How are you all feeling...
Great haa...
My friend told me that in this game (Pokemon Ruby) has mirrage island....
But I look forward and there`s nothing....
Where is the mirrage island....
Please help me??

To find Mirrage island, there is a man in pacifilog city/town. On some days And with certain Pokemon, he will say he can see mirage island. Mirage island, however is utterly useless. It is full of Wynaut, Wobbefetts pre-evolved form.

I'm not entirely sure but I have heard that seeing mirage island is based on a random number given to the man and your Pokemon everyday. If the number your Pokemon has matches his then he will see the island.
