Hey megapokedude is the cave near 128 underwater? Please tell me because I searched near 128 and I still didnt find it can you tell me exactly where or is it very close to evergrande city? Please tell me.......

It's underwater, obviously if you can't find it by then.

All I can tell you is that it's in route 128 and it's under water.
