My recomendation is that you train your groudon up to at least level 50 (although going up to level 65 so that it learns solarbeam is also a good choice) and teach it thunderbolt, flamethrower, earthquake, and slash/solarbeam (only teach solarbeam if it was learned naturally). Also take in a flygon of the same level (catch as a trapinch in the desert and evolve at levels 35 and 45) with the moves earthquake, crunch, dragonbreath, and flamethrower if you wish to improve your chances of victory. You should be able to defeat the Elite Four with ease using these creatures, but if you do lose to them don't quit and train in another location. Remember that each win helps your pokemon gain experience and seems to help them learn where to attack the opponent for the greatest amount of damage (pit two level 100's against each other multiple times and you will see that they begin to inflict increasing amounts of damage to the other with the same attack even though their stats remain the same).

Nice team, although I recommend leveling them up some more.
