Question for Pokemon Ruby

Hello........... People out there..... A question......

1. How can I get a wish tag?????

2. Is there a cheat that is infinite time because my berries won't grow....

3. How can I get an Eon Ticket without cheating???

4. Is it true that in the side Evergrande there is a wirlpool and a blastoise???

5. Can I trade Decorations from other versions(not the older versons)....

5. If you are lucky. The funny guy in Mauville poke-center is random. Sometimes he sings, sometimes he is a decoration trader but it's random which one he is.
