1. Surf from Mosdeep as far as you can south and as far as you can west without hitting the rapids.

1.Don't worry it's sometimes hard to find the little gap.The easiest thing to do is to start out at Mossdeep.Then go down to route 129(if you don't no where it is look at pokenav/hoen map)and go south(down)pretty much as far as you can go then go west till you find a gap then keep going(tip:stay at the center of ocean so you can see the floating town.Oh and if you see water with stripes it means youv'e found the rapids but went to far.


2.The extras are the following:rayquaza,regis,pokemon news about latias or latios,pokemon news,ferry ticket,and battle tower.
