I have two questions: 1) Where is the Sky Pillar and how do you get..

1. You can only get to the Sky Pillar by beating the Elite Four first. After you beat them, fly to Pacifidlog Town. Surf to the east and surf along the rocks at the top. After a while, you will see a space between the rocks, go through there. You will eventually see the Sky Pillar. Make sure you have the Mach bike with you.

2. You can not get Kyogre on Ruby, only Groudon. Kyogre is only on the Sapphire version. You have to trade with someone who has it or use a cheating device like a Gameshark or Action Replay to get it.

To get to sky pillar you have to go to that palilog town(the town thats on water) and got right for about 40-50steps then go up..

*note* this place can only be found if you beat the elite four

Kyore is only in sapphire, groudon is in ruby

No, Kyogre is not in Ruby. Groudon is in Ruby, Kyogre is in Sapphire. Tell your friend that he's a liar.

1. Sky Pillar is found near Pacifilog Town. Surf East of it and go up between the rocks and you'll find it. You need the Mach Bike to get to the top though.

1.On the right of pacifidlog town.....you will find a gap...go there and follow the trail till you find it

2.Kyogre is not on Ruby

Sky pillar is near pacifidlog town go to route 131 then go up.
