Question for Pokemon Ruby

Listen another question HOW DO I CATCH LATIOS!!!!

It has one health and still coudnt catch it!!! Ive been doing altra ball but keeps saying "oh-no the pokemon broke free!".

But some times it says "argh almost had plz help me!!(I didn't know about the master ball now I can't win at the lottery ticket).

Thanks AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Same thing happened to me. I couldn't catch a Latias on my Sapphire game. The answer came to me while watching pokemon on TV. This person was trying to catch a legendary pokemon. The strategy was 99% garented to work. Anyway, Train a Sableye to level 45. It will learn Mean Look. Now go off a do any strategy of finding Latios. Before you go off to find him, Make sure Sableye is the first in your party. In battle, use Mean Look as soon as possible. Now Latios can't run! Huck ultraballs at him. The best part is that LATIOS CAN'T HURT YOU!!!!!!!!!! Sableye is unaffected by all Phychic moves, and at level 40, that's all he knows!!!

Get an action replay one of the cheats have infinite master balls.

Just go to the lottery ,and save and keep turning it off and back on untill you get a masterball.
