What is the easiest way to get Feebas without the gameshark?

Go to the Route north of the Berry Master's house, start fishing in those small areas, that's where you get Feebas.
You should fish anywhere on route 119 with any rod, as I'm afraid there's no easy way of getting it without cheating. Eventually, it will appear.
Start at the bottom of the river and fish at each tile about 5 times. Work your way up until you find it. It's hard to find, so you have to be patient. If you can, try trading with other people who have it.
Trading....or patience....Feebas is an extremely rare Pokemon you know...cheating is your last resort
If you have the patience and dedication you'll get it in no time.
Fish on every tile on the river at route119
It is on route 119 and you just have to keep fishing. In my guide book I have it says it is very rare.
