You should have all of your Pokemon above level 20. She has the evolved version of the starter super affective against yours. She will have Schroomish or Numel. She will have Numel or Wailmer. All 20 and below. Good luck!
That battle is incredibly easy. First off, if memory doesn't fail me, she has a Electrike, so keep Tailow away. I suggest using Marshtomp(if you chose Mudkip) with any Ground attack to keep away Electrike. If you chose Treecko, use Grovyle with Leaf Blade if you don't have that already. Raise your levels a bit more if you're struggling, it's a very easy fight. We'd be able to help further if you had the team.
If she has fire type catch a water type if she has grass get fire type if she has water get grass type and fill your inventore with the most efective one.
