Question for Pokemon Ruby

Hi I got a question, is this a good team? Feraligtr,Groudon,Tropius,Latios,Manectric,and Steelix. Please answer this question.

Feraligatr: Switch for a better Water-type. Swampert, is possible.
Groudon: One of the best legendaries, that's good.
Tropius: There are better Grass-types, but if you like it's Flying attribute, keep it.
Latios: Good.
Manectric: You can do better. Get a Raichu, or maybe Electabuzz.
Steelix: If it's for defensive purposes, keep him. If not, get something else, because Steelix isn't an offensive Pok�mon.

And I can't tell you anything about your team without move sets.
And in the future, try to go to the Team Ratings Forum rather than submitting a question.
