I've made it to Fortree City, gone east till I can't go any further, cut south through the tall grass to the bridge, but there's no Steven in sight!! I've fought one trainer in the tall grass and there's an old lady on the bridge, but I can't find Steven and can't go any further! I followed a walk-thru, so I don't THINK I missed anything important - except that I haven't used the go-goggles to go into the desert, yet. Is that keeping me from finding Steven? If not, what's the problem here? I have all the badges. I'm confused! Please help!

Probably is...try to scout in the Deser Area first...then go back to fortree...Steven should be at a brigdge standing...
The desert has nothing to do with Steven. You must have completed the Kecleon event with Steven already. Just keep going till you hit the next city.
