Question for Pokemon Ruby

How do I get the lottery easier and how do I go migrage island quickly. Also is ditto in the game and if he is where is he at (route would nice)

You can't do either of those and Ditto is not in this game.

There is no telling if your going to win the lottery or not...same goes for the mirage island as it appears randomly. Ditto can be obtained after you beat the game...bo back to the fossil maniac's house and there is a cave open..it is there you will find the Ditto!

The only way to increase your chances at winning in the lottery is to trade with a bunch of different people. That way, the Pokemon ID's will all be different.

For mirage island, you need to bring a bunch of different Pokemon to that old man in Pacifinglog (or something like that) town. If he can see mirage island, you can surf to it.

Ditto is not in Pokemon Ruby. If you want it, you'll need to cheat or trade.

Three things.
One) To win the lottery, you need to have the ID number they ask matching one of the Pokemon in your party's ID. Since each trainer only has one ID, you need to trade with lots of different people. Then, get one Pokemon from each (up to five, as you should keep one of your own in your team)into your squad and do the lottery.

Two) To get to Mirage Island, you have to have a certain Pokemon in your team when you talk to an old man in Pacifidlog. I read somwhere that the Pokemon is either Wobuffet or Wynaut, but I'm not sure which one. It will still take a while for it to turn up either way.

Three) Ditto is and isnt in the game. The reason I say it like that is that you can't catch it anywhere, but if you have Fire Red or Leaf Green, you can trade it from there, and it still turns up in the pokedex. That, or cheats, is the only way to get one.

Actually, the lottery is a random number,but if you would like to raise the odds, get Pokemon traded from other players.I know how frustrating that is,for how old emerald is:I feel you.
Mirage Island is much like the lottery;Randomized,but it's really only got wynauts in the grass.
Ditto IS in the game.You find him in the Desert Underpass,in that cave behind the Fossil Maniac's tunnel behind his house.They are very high level when you find one,so it'll be hard to catch.I got it to stay in it's Pokeball by having it transform into a water-type Pokemon and used a Net Ball.
