Very top of mt.pyre, the grassy area. But his rare so don't get your hopes up.

Chimecho is found on the summit of Mt. Pyre (where the orbs and the old couple are). It is quite rare to find, but you will eventually find one.

You get it at Mt. Pyre in the grassy area at the very top.
