Question for Pokemon Ruby

I have a few questions that I really need answered.

1. Where do I find the eon ticket and what does it do?

2. I have read the braille in the end of the second chamber for the regis'. It said a door has opened far away or something like that. I went to all three regi spots and none of them were there! What gives?

3. Where is Latios usually hanging around?

4. Where do I buy timer balls?

5. How can I get Deoxys?

If at least four of my questions are answered I will give the answerers a ten rating!

Latios dosent have a usual spot that it hangs around
Deoxys I don't think you can get it on this game
You get timer balls Rustburo city/trick house
I don't know about the eon ticket
When you solve that in the sealed chamber you go into one of the caves and have to figure out another set of stuff then you can continue farther and be able to catch the Regies'

2.Sorry but I don't know.

3.He is usually in the tall grass,short grass or on the water.

4.I don't know if you can dude.

5.Youhave to use a cheating device,like a gameshark or a action replay.

1. Use action replay or a gameshark and use it on the boat in lilycove it takes you to southern island where you go against latias in ruby and latios in sapphire

2. When you get inside each regi chambers you have to use hms like strength and flash I can't remember which ones go in which cave

3. I have found that latios normally stays on the right side of the map

4. In rustburo pokemart

5. Go to nintendo events, get emerald , or use action replay and gamesharks

1.The Eon Ticket is obtained through a Nintendo Event and it takes you to southern island to catch the other Lati@s.
2.Regice is found on Route 105.Regirock is found on The Desert.Registeel is found on the <- Side of Lilycove.
3.Latios is at a random area.I would try any side of Mauvile.(I found him TWICE !)
4.Buy it at Rustboro Mart
5.Trade From Firered/Leafgreen/Emerald
