Heya,
Could anyone tell me what is the fastest way to make golbat and seadra friendly? I need them to evolve but no matter what I do, they wont evolve!

Give golbat carbos,calcium and stuff. And level it up and eventually it will evolved to crobat, mine evolve at level 40.
Seadra evolved while his holding a dragon scale. And it hink you'll have to trade before it evolveds to seadra.
Seadra doesn't evolve from friendship you evolve it by trading it while letting it hold
A dragon scale. First catch a golbat in a luxury ball found at abandoned
Ship then let it hold a soothe bell found at poke fan club in slateport
Then train it
