Question for Pokemon Ruby

I already know how 2 get a feebas it's just that I don't have the time! Does ne1 know a faster way to get a feebas! Please tell me a.s.a.p.!!!!!!
( I don't have any friends that I can connect with either.)

Yes there is. Cheats. If you can't use cheats, then you have to fish. It's just what makes Pokemon fun, it's hard.

Well once I caught a feebas lv.20 and raised it to level 50 but it didnt evolve I needed
Pokeblocks but it was to late and I couldnt catch anther feebas but then I thought
Of a idea what a about if you put a magickarp and a feebas together in a daycare and it worked
Feebas hatched from the egg and I evolved it into a miolic

Not really. I caught Feebas with patience. I fished in each spot twice. Unless you use cheats (which I highly discourage), you gotta learn to be patient.
