Question for Pokemon Ruby

Rate my team......
1. Lv.51 NACHO / Machamp - Low Kick Cross Chop Strength Karate Chop
2. Lv.52 CUMKAZI / Alakazam - Psybeam Shock Wave Psychic Recover
3. Lv.53 Grumpy / Groudon - Slash Hyper Beam Earthquake Fire Blast
4. Lv.59 FIN / Gyarados - Ice Beam Hydro Pump Surf Hyper Beam
5. Lv.74 DEATH / Rayquaza - Fly Rest ExtremeSpeed Outrage
6. Lv.37. ICEY / Sealio - Ice Ball Body Slam Aurora Beam Hail\
( Trying to make evolve)

P.S - Your probaly wondering how I got Rayquaza, well I have Pokemon Collesum and I traded to my gameboy and I had Tyranitar, Feraligator, Suicune, Hariyama, Ampharos and they were all like in the mid 70's.

P.S.S - When does Sealio evovle into Walrein?

Machamp
Take off strength and low kick, and put in bulk up and seismic toss
Alakazam
Take off shockwave and psybeam, and put in calm mind and reflect
Groudon
Take out hyper beam and slash, and replace with solar beam and dragon claw
Gyrados
Take out surf, and add dragon dance
Rayquaza
Take out extremespeed and rest and put in dragon claw and dragon dance
Sealeo(evolves at lv. 44)
Hail may not be good in the long run because if sealeo gets knocked out, hail will hurt your pokemon. Hail is more for a team with 3 or more ice pokemon(like sandstorm)
