You can't capture Ditto on Ruby, you'll have to trade form Fire Red or Leaf Green, or use a cheat device.

You can find Ditto in the back of the Fossil Maniac's house.

I think you have to trade from anther game to get ditto.

You will have to trade it from Pokemon fire red or leaf green
But if you have a game shark the code is therein the gameshark section of this game. The code starts with 39e9... And is sent in by Mosher boy. All credit to HIM. Thanks a lot.
